The Coaching Edge Podcast was born from a simple but powerful idea: What if we could create a space to have real, open conversations with coaches and industry experts about all the things that make coaching such a fascinating profession?

Hi, I’m Steve, a master coach with nearly 20 years of experience and a deep passion for helping others achieve lasting, meaningful change. Since 2007, I’ve been working internationally with executive clients as well as coaches who are dedicated to making a real difference. I am a coach trainer, supervisor and mentor, and my recent book became a best seller in the Mentoring and Coaching Category on Amazon. I love helping coaches (and leaders) connect more with their authenticity and strengths to operate at the next level.
